Very friendly and helpful staff, elegant and clean rooms, free drinking and hot water, good breakfast, easy access to public transportation, reasonable prices.

Could not be improved in any way.

The rooms were absolutely fantastic. Their design, from top to bottom, were modern, clean, and attractive. The comfort of being in my room substantially contributed to my trip.

There was a bit of a walk to downtown, although the nearby ponds made the walk quite nice.

The hotel is in a beautiful area, close to the city center and with easy access to public transport. Our room was comfortable and clean with elegant decor. The staff were friendly and the service was good. We enjoyed the free drinking and hot water on each floor. Breakfast had a reasonable selection to suit everyone and there were non-slip rubber carpets in the shower.

The soundproofing was not good, so we could hear a lot of noise from other guests in the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent: it was spacious, light and clean, comfortable. The hotel is a really great value for the money!

The only negative thing was that we had to pay more for the taxi, because we ordered it through the hotel reception, although we paid exactly the sum the receptionist mentioned, so it is more a disadvantage of a taxi system in the city than of the hotel itself.

Low velocity of internet connection. At the morning was noise of constriction near the hotel.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel and it was great. The eggs during breakfast were huge and delicious. Plus, the location is perfect if you want to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. The room had a lovely view and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff wasn't that accommodating. They didn't address our concerns properly and didn't seem to care about our stay at all. The shower was too small and it was difficult to move around in. The walls were thin and we could hear noises from other rooms.

Nice Parking. Good choise if you are planning to stay in hotel over night only.

Not so good breakfast. Air Condition was repaired after complaining.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and location. We could easily walk to all the sights near the beautiful Upper pond and enjoyed the hotel's big and free parking. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is very comfortable design hotel with an elegant first-class restaurant. Staying there turned out to be very plesant. Hotel staff is very professional, polite and well-wishing.There is nothing that could irritate you, so I could recomend it other travellers.

I spent my Xmas holiday in a hotel and it was a good experience. I liked that the hotel was located in a convenient and centralized area which made it easy for me to explore all the nearby attractions. I appreciated the attentive staff and the cozy and well-maintained rooms that provided me with a comfortable stay throughout my visit. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

Although the hotel provided me with a wonderful stay, there were a few things that I didn't like. the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow and unreliable at times which made it difficult for me to keep in touch with my family and friends.

Very much the design of hotel was pleasant, the attentive personnel, number Studio in particular was remembered.

It's a first hotel that I haven't any claim to. Free parking, good restaurant, silent district and etc, all are for rest leisure.
